We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. When requesting a return, please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Methods
- By Mail: Return items via mail to the designated address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: If your item is defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, you will need to cover the return shipping.
Return Fees
- Defective Items: We will offer a repair or replacement for defective items. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a replacement.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: You may return an item within 30 days for a refund of the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
For a quicker exchange process, we recommend returning the item for a refund and then placing a new order for the replacement.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about its approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellations
If your order is canceled due to stock unavailability or any other reason, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
